The gout foods to avoid

Specialists of the Association for the Study of gout and u-ric acid (USA) gave some instructions on how to diet in patients with gout.
According to nutrition expert Madelyn Fernstrom of the University of Pittsburgh (USA), the easy way to apply in daily diet.
Avoid soft drinks, fruit juice sugar
Specifically:
- Avoid red meat, seafood, alcohol, especially beer (these foods rich in purine, a chemical that may contribute to increased levels of acid-ric u related to pain caused by gout, u-ric acid are also factors that contribute to diabetes and kidney)
- Avoid soft drinks, juices and baked goods with a high sugar content
- Eat right with nonfat dairy products or fat, lots of vegetables; Drink plenty of water.
